Completed: Lagos-Ibadan Railway Track Laying.
The track laying of Lagos-Ibadan railway line has been completed.
The contractor in charge of the project, CECE made the announcement on Tuesday via its Twitter handle. The contractor wrote:
A stunning victory! The track laying work on the main line for the Lagos-Ibadan railway has been completed at 12:08 pm, on March 28.

This marks the fact the railway is getting one step closer to opening to traffic.”
CityNews understand that the project started in 2017, flagged off by the Vice President, professor Yemi Osinbajo.
