Covid-19: Atiku’s Son Test Positive, Banky W Applauds Politician
Nigeria singer and actor, OluBankole Wellington professionally known as Banky W, has applauded the openness of Atiku Abubakar.
The former Vice president of Nigeria confirms via his twitter handle that his son tested positive for covid-19.
The 2019 Presidential flag bearer said: “My son has tested positive to coronavirus.
The National Centre fo Disease and Control has been duly informed, and he has been moved to Gwagwalada Specialist Teaching Hospital in Abuja for treatment and management. I will appreciate it if you have him in your prayers. Stay safe, coronavirus is real. -AA”
Reacting to Atiku’s public announcement, Banky W prayed for quick recovery, appreciate Atiku for openness and enlightened the public about the viral disease.
In the words of the ‘Wedding Party’ star actor “We pray for his speedy recovery by God’s grace. Thank you for your openness. People need to know that it is a viral infection and not necessarily a death sentence. May God heal our land and keep us all.”
