For his contributions towards sports development in Edo State, the Deputy Governor, Phillip Shaibu, has gotten international recognition and an invitation to the upcoming International Federation of Association Football annual celebration of football’s greatest stars, the Best FIFA Football Awards.
CitySports gathered from a letter of invitation sent to Shaibu by FIFA Guest Operations that it would be an honour and a pleasure to have the Edo State deputy governor’s presence at the occasion.
