IGP Egbetokun Orders Major Police Force Reorganization, Posts 25 Senior Officers
In a strategic move to enhance operational efficiency within the Nigeria Police Force, the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, Ph.D., NPM, has approved the immediate redeployment of 25 senior officers. This reshuffle includes the posting of seven Assistant Inspectors-General of Police (AIGs) to key strategic positions and 18 Commissioners of Police (CPs) assigned to AIG offices, pending approval from the Police Service Commission (PSC).
