Iyanya Reacts As Yvonne Nelson Caught Him Cheating On Her With Tonto Dikeh

Following the release of her memoir, popular Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Nelson has alleged that her ex-boyfriend, Iyanya, cheated on her with Tonto Dikeh, the Nollywood actress and politician.

Yvonne her memoir, titled ‘I Am Not Yvonne Nelson’ on Sunday, June 18, 2023, and the memoir revealed the untold story of how Yvonne and Iyanya’s relationship ended.

In the memoir, Nelson accused and revealed how the Nigerian singer, Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, was cheating on her with Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh and how she found out her Nigerian ex-boyfriend was seeing another actress.

Speaking about how she found out, Nelson who thought the singer’s gesture of tattooing her initials “YN” on his waist and giving her a shoutout on his hit song ‘Ur Waist’ was an assurance that they could be together forever, expressed shock when someone called her from Iyanya’s house after she returned to Ghana and broke the shocking news to her.

She said, “The caller said anytime I left Iyanya’s place, another actress come over to him and sometimes slept over.”

According to her, the person felt strongly that there was something going on between them and thought she should know about it.

Yvonne identifies the actress seeing Itanya as Tonto Dikeh, the Nollywood actress.

“When I was convinced about the authenticity of the information I received, I was heartbroken,” the book partly reads.

Iyanya Reacts

Reacting to the allegation, the singer, Iyanya, also expressed shock promising to respond later.

The “Love & Trust” crooner said, he’s not going to write an epistle while reacting to the allegation but can’t immediately respond.

“I’ll respond to this later, though I no go write a book for now, Iyanya said, while adding, “So Yvonne Nelson said I cheated on her with Tonto Dike? Oh wow.”
