Mohbad | It Is Difficult To Stay Sane And Clean In The Music Industry – Korede Bello

A former Mavins Records Label signee, Korede Bello, is of the opinion that staying sane and clean in the Nigerian music industry is an arduous task and a mission almost impossible.

According to the Nigerian singer who was reacting to concerns from a curious fan who inquired about his well-being amid the death of Mohbad, another singer, people least understood how difficult it is to stay cool-headed, and sane in what he described as a crazy industry.

In Korede’s words, “People don’t understand how hard it is to stay sane in a seemingly crazy industry. It’s even harder when you choose to stay clean.”

He urged fans to support artists and love them as humans, by so doing, society is contributing to their well-being and mental stability.

“So if you want to help an artiste stay alive, contribute to their mental health, support them while they’re still here with whatever you have”, he said.

Bello added, “Even if all you have are your kind words. You may not love their art, but you can choose to love the soul of the artist in the human being.”
