Priest Bars Congregation From Church Over PVC
A Catholic priest in Cross River State barred worshippers without a Permanent Voter Card (PVC) or evidence of registration for it, from church on Sunday.
According to a Facebook user, Erunke Kenny-g, the incident happened at St Mathew Catholic Church Utugwang, Obudu LGA of Cross River State.
