Just when you thought the Portable vs. Ogun State Government saga couldn’t get any more dramatic, the Zazu Zeh crooner has come out swinging in a fiery social media video, vehemently denying allegations that he assaulted government officials.

In his emotional outburst, Portable claimed he was completely unaware of the raid and only found out after the damage was done.

“It’s a youth matter, I’m a small boy. I didn’t fight anybody. I might be troublesome, but this time, I was asleep when they came to my house and bar, asking everyone to leave.”

“They Are Trying to Ruin My Good Works”

Beyond his personal grievances, the singer lamented that the government’s crackdown did not only affect his entertainment business but also the academy he had set up to uplift struggling youths in his community.
